After 20 years of community stewardship, and no City Capital funding, our dog run needs critical repairs so it can continue to be a usable park asset. Thanks to $100k from the Fort Tryon Park Trust and community donations, a private contractor will be extracting silt, replacing fencing, and stabilizing the slope. Weather allowing, the run will close for construction on 2/21 for a few weeks, to ensure the safety of park users and dogs.
