David Rockefeller donated $1M in 2015 to honor the park’s 75th birthday, and Linden Terrace was renamed the David Rockefeller Linden Terrace. David was the last surviving child of John D. Rockefeller, Jr. and Abby Aldrich Rockefeller, and passed away in 2017.
