The Fort Tryon Park Trust and NYC Parks are hosting “Wonderful Wednesdays” the first Wednesday evening of each summer month; closing down the park’s roads to cars from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Pack a picnic supper, your blanket, sidewalk chalk, and scooter and get ready for extra space to relax and play.

Enjoy a GLOW IN THE DARK SILENT DISCO! You’ll have plenty of space for social distancing and getting your groove on! Music channels include a live DJ as well as Phantom DJs playing 80s, Hip Hop, and Top 40 Hits.

Games, dancing, and disco take place on Cloisters Lawn.

6:00 p.m.  Park roads closed to vehicles—dedicated to walking & bikes

6:00-6:30 p.m.  Children’s games

6:30-7:30 p.m.  Latin dance performance & workshop with Lotus Music & Dance

7:45-9:15 p.m.  Glow in the Dark Silent Disco—80’s, Hip Hop & Hits!

11:00 p.m. Park drive/roadway reopens to vehicles
