Wonderful Wednesdays (car-free night)

Join the Fort Tryon Park Trust and NYC Parks on AUGUST 4 from 6:00-11:00 p.m. for a Wonderful Wednesday! We will screen a movie that is wonderful for all ages, The Wizard of Oz. On Wonderful Wednesdays, enjoy more space to play with the closing of the park’s drives to vehicle traffic from 6 to 11 p.m. Pack a picnic supper, your blanket, sidewalk chalk, bicycle, or scooter and enjoy live music, games, a movie, dancing, and other special activities! Admission is free!

6:30 p.m  Dance Lesson
8:30 p.m. Movie: The Wizard of Oz with a special intro by the Wicked Witch’s grandson!
11:00 p.m. Park drive/roadways reopen to traffic
