Fort Tryon Kids: Birds of a Feather at Cabrini Woods

Join nature experts from the Alley Pond Environmental Center at Cabrini Woods as they introduce you to the wonderful world of birds. Children will explore the adaptations birds have developed to survive in different ecosystems, their life cycle, migration patterns and predator/prey relationships. Participants will learn these concepts and develop their observation skills while examining feathers, eggs, nests, skulls & talons.
